It is mandatory for all the students to enter the campus on or before 8.45 A.M. The Academy prayer starts at 8.50 A.M in the presence of all the faculty members and thereafter, the classes start from 9 A.M onwards.

All the students are required to attend the institution in full uniform with their identity cards.

Maintenance of strict discipline is expected.

Students are strictly forbidden to leave the Academy premises during regular college hours.

• Use and intake of gutkha, drugs, cigarettes and any kind of intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited inside the college campus. If anyone found guilty, strict actions will be taken.
• Students are not permitted to bring or use mobile phones inside the college campus. If any mobile phone is found, the authority has every right to take strict actions against those students. No appeal from the concerned parents will be entertained.
• The authority, without prior permission, does not allow any arrangement of function by the students, either in the campus or in the hostel.
• Absence without leave application is punishable.
• All fees should be cleared in the notified dates.
• Students must have at least 95% of the attendance.
• Students are expected to keep decency and decorum in their dress, hair and behaviour.
• Students are also expected to be vigilant on the cleanliness of the campus and the classrooms. They should see that no damage is done to the college property.
• Considering the pandemic, all the students are bound to wear face mask.
• Students fail to present in the class without any valid reason will be imposed a fine of Rs. 30 per day.
• Appearing in all types of internal examination conducted by the academy is compulsory or else a fine of Rs. 300/- per subject will be imposed on the concerned student.
• No student is permitted to leave the hostel without the consent of the parents and without the permission from the Principal through the respective wardens.
• No student shall remain in the hostel during class hours without the permission of the authority.
• Ragging of any sort will be treated with utmost strictness.
• Visitors can pay visits to the wards only during the specified visiting hours.
• No male visitors are allowed into the rooms of girls' hostel; similarly, no female visitors are allowed into the rooms of boys' hostel.
• Consumption of cigarettes, tobacco, alcohol and any other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.
• The boarders are strictly not allowed to paste any posters/pictures/papers on the walls, doors and windows of the hostel.
• Causing disturbances to the neighbours through fun, noise and any sort of chaotic activities is punishable.
• If any room in the hostel is found damaged by the boarders, the authority will impose penalty on the concerned student/students of that specific room.
• Most importantly, mobile phones are banned in the hostel. If found, one has to handover the mobile to the authority. No parents' appeal will be entertained.
• If any student wants to vacate the hostel in the midst of the session, he/she have to pay 1 year seat rent before vacating.
• The admission of hostel is for two years. If any student wants to vacate the room before the said period, his/her caution money will not be refunded.
• The decision of using mobile phone inside the hostel campus will be made by the hostel in-charge. The in-charge will make the time-table for using mobile phone if necessary.
• Security money will be refunded only if the boarder will continue his/her full tenure in the hostel (2 years).

The decision of the Management shall be final and binding in case of any dispute.

No Transfer Certificate will be issued until all the dues of the college are paid in full for the 2 years.
